Fleet Maintenance

The Woodstock Fire/Rescue District is very fortunate to have a full-time, in-house, certified Emergency Vehicle Technician (EVT). Michael Shannon has developed an efficient system that provides equipment, supplies, and repairs that supports our apparatus fleet and support vehicles.

The Fleet Maintenance facility, located next door to our Station #1 on East Judd Street, is capable of facilitating preventative and emergency needs to the nearly two dozen vehicles in the District. 

Fleet Maintenance provides various operational functions including:

  • Preventative maintenance and service scheduling

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records

  • Purchasing and maintaining up-to-date tools and equipment

  • Fire pump and apparatus maintenance
